Key documents

  • Terms of Service - platform rules for the full customer panel (Wallet, Shop/Servers, Game Panel, Support, Status, Reviews, Quests, Radio, IP Transit, Translations, Sinlege Apps, API/OAuth, referrals), complaints, and withdrawal where applicable.
  • Privacy Policy - how personal data is processed.
  • Cookie Policy - cookies and similar technologies.

Main panel services (summary)

  • Wallet / Shop / Servers: Top up in PLN (closed Wallet for Sinlege services only - no withdrawals or transfers between users), buy VPS or game/bot hosting where offered, manage services and upgrades in the panel. Prices and parameters are shown before confirmation.
  • Game Panel: Access to the game hosting control panel where your account has game services.
  • Support / Status: Tickets and status information as offered in the panel; Status is informational and is not an SLA. Optional Priority Support (where purchased) means faster handling of Support tickets in the staff queue and a six-digit Support PIN for telephone support, as described in the Terms of Service (section 28) — it does not create a guaranteed response-time SLA.
  • Reviews / Quests / Radio: Optional panel features; Quests grant promotional Wallet credits when claimed (non-transferable, no cash-out).
  • IP Transit: Public IPv4 over WireGuard with separate traffic credits; up to 10 Gbps shared/burst (not guaranteed). Where offered, a complimentary companion IPv6 may be included free with each Transit IPv4; Sinlege may change or withdraw that IPv6 feature at any time. Unless the panel states otherwise, billed transfer is the sum of inbound and outbound traffic.
  • Sinlege Apps: SinlegePass, SinlegeLicense, Sinlege2FA as described in the Terms.
  • API / OAuth / Settings / Translations / Referrals: As enabled for your Account; Translations are for invited translators only.

Complaints

Complaints may be submitted to [email protected]. Please include your contact details, a description of the issue, the date, and your proposed resolution. We aim to respond without undue delay, within 14 days of receipt, unless applicable law requires a different deadline.

Further rules are set out in section 13 of the Terms of Service.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers in Poland may seek assistance from competent consumer protection bodies, including the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and municipal or regional consumer ombudsmen (powiatowi/miejscy rzecznicy konsumentów). Where available, other out-of-court consumer dispute resolution mechanisms organised under Polish law may also be used. Use of such mechanisms is voluntary unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Sinlege does not maintain a specific mandatory ADR membership; availability of a particular body or procedure depends on that body's rules and applicable law. Contacting us first at [email protected] is encouraged and does not limit your statutory rights.

Right of withdrawal (summary)

  1. As a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason (Articles 27 and 28 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights), unless an exclusion under Article 38 applies.
  2. Active consent and durable medium: Where immediate performance of a digital service or digital content is offered, you must actively confirm in the interface (for example by selecting an unticked confirmation) that you request performance before the end of the withdrawal period and that you acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right once performance has begun. After conclusion of the contract, confirmation of the contract and of those consents is provided on a durable medium (for example by email), in accordance with Article 21 of the Act on Consumer Rights.
  3. Wallet top-ups: If you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right (active confirmation in checkout), the service is performed right after successful payment. Once funds are credited to the closed Wallet (your own top-up or a third-party top-up on your behalf), the withdrawal right does not apply to that performance under Article 38 point 1 of the Act on Consumer Rights, to the extent permitted by law. The Wallet cannot be withdrawn or transferred between users.
  4. Hosting and Shop digital services (VPS, game/bot hosting, plan upgrades, SinlegePass, SinlegeLicense): These are digital services that begin upon Wallet debit and provisioning/activation. Where the order flow requires active confirmation of immediate performance and acknowledgment of loss of the withdrawal right, that right does not apply once performance has begun under Article 38 points 1 and/or 13 of the Act on Consumer Rights, to the extent permitted by law.
  5. IP Transit (Transit IPs and traffic credits): These are digital network services that begin immediately upon Wallet debit and activation in the panel. Advertised bandwidth is up to 10 Gbps as a maximum shared/burstable ceiling, not a guaranteed sustained rate. Where offered, a complimentary companion IPv6 may be included free with each Transit IPv4; Sinlege may change or withdraw that IPv6 feature at any time (see Terms §27). Unless the panel states otherwise, billed transfer is the sum of inbound and outbound traffic. Prices shown in the panel at confirmation apply. Before purchase you must actively confirm that you request immediate performance and acknowledge loss of the 14-day withdrawal right once performance has begun (Article 38 points 1 and/or 13), to the extent permitted by law. Traffic credits expire after the period stated at purchase (typically 30 days) and unused expired volume is not refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Unused term or credits are generally not refunded after activation, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. A Transit IP may be changed or reclaimed for upstream, RIPE/registry, reputation, legal, or technical reasons, as described in the Terms.
  6. To withdraw where the right still applies, send an unequivocal statement to [email protected] within 14 days. A special form is not required; describe the service and payment date in your message. You may also use the model withdrawal form below.
  7. If withdrawal is valid, we refund payments using the same method where possible, within 14 days of receiving your statement, subject to Articles 32-35 of the Act on Consumer Rights.

Model withdrawal form

Third-party wallet top-ups

  • Another person can top up your closed Wallet using a unique Payment Link (/pay/<id>). Sinlege processes the payment and credits your Wallet solely for Sinlege services. This is not a charitable donation, remittance, cash-out, or peer-to-peer payment product, and Sinlege is not acting as a payment institution.
  • Before paying, the payer must confirm their name, accept the legal documents linked on the payment page, and actively acknowledge immediate performance and loss of the 14-day withdrawal right once credited (Article 38 point 1, where applicable). Confirmation of the contract and consents is provided on a durable medium where required.
  • Report suspicious pages to [email protected].

Quests (promotional wallet rewards)

  • The panel may offer optional Quests. Completing and claiming a Quest credits a one-time promotional amount to your Wallet.
  • Quests are voluntary. Rewards are promotional credits for use only in the Service (not cash, no withdrawals, no transfers between accounts). Rules, eligibility, and verification methods (including Discord activity or service metrics where stated) are described in the Terms of Service (section 24) and in each Quest in the panel.
  • Personal data used to verify Quests is described in the Privacy Policy (Quests section).

Personal data

Rules for processing personal data are in the Privacy Policy. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.

National consumer protection

In Poland, consumers may obtain information and assistance from:

  • President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) - uokik.gov.pl
  • Municipal or regional consumer ombudsmen (powiatowi/miejscy rzecznicy konsumentów)

Further detail on out-of-court options is in the section above and in section 13 of the Terms of Service. Where language versions of the Terms differ, the Polish version prevails.
